Galvanised weldmesh is used in many industry sectors such as
agriculture for fencing and enclosures, building and construction
for site establishments, meshing and lacing purposes in the mining
industry, gabion boxes for retaining walls as well as in the general
South African household.
Galvanised weldmesh is produced to highest standards of
quality. Thorough testing of wire strength and aperture size is
carried out during all stages of manufacturing.
Galvanised weldmesh is manufactured from galvanised wire (Class
A: >260g/m2 and Class C: 40-70g/m2), resistance welded at
intersections, allowing the mesh to be cut or bent to any shape
as required. This maintains the tensile strength of the wires.
